Welcome to my blog. This is not my first rodeo in the blogosphere. I have spent years creating, writing, building, doubting and tearing down. Life is funny that way. So let's try this again. My Name is Amy. Wife to a sexy bearded man. Momma to 12. Grandma to 6 with one on the way. I have faced menopause and she is a horrible journey. I homeschool, homestead, cook from scratch, garden, can and DIY everything, In some ways I fit all the stereotypes. In other ways, I fit none of them. I am just trying to share what older women have taught me. These older women, teachers, in my life have gone onto be with Jesus. They taught me when older women still wanted to teach and younger women still wanted to learn. I have taken all those lesson and applied them to my children and grandchildren.
